2. Regulatory Compliance

4. Pricing and Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment terms:
- Full payment required before service deployment
- Payment methods: Electronic funds transfer (EFT), Instant EFT
- No recurring subscription fees unless explicitly agreed
- Additional third-party fees (e.g., WhatsApp API fees) are the client's responsibility
5. Delivery and Implementation
- Core System: 5-7 business days from payment confirmation
- Agency Scale: 48 hours for priority deployment
- All timelines are estimates and subject to client providing required information and access
- Remote delivery via digital channels
6. Cooling-Off Period (ECTA Section 44)
In terms of Section 44 of ECTA, consumers have the right to cancel any electronic transaction within 7 (seven) days without reason and without penalty. This cooling-off period begins on the date of payment.

7. Return and Refund Policy
Given the digital nature of our services:
- Full refund available if cancellation occurs within the 7-day cooling-off period and no work has commenced
- If work has commenced, a pro-rata refund may be provided based on work completed
- No refunds after service delivery and acceptance
- Refund processing time: 14 business days
8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving complaints fairly and promptly:
- Step 1: Contact us directly via email or phone to raise your concern
- Step 2: We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days
- Step 3: We aim to resolve complaints within 10 business days
- Step 4: If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to arbitration in terms of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA)

11. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, our liability is limited as follows:
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
- We are not responsible for third-party service failures (e.g., WhatsApp API outages)
- We do not guarantee specific business results (e.g., number of leads generated)
